@@nasuruddinnaufal7658 check the pins behind the speedo console, often slight rusting can cause short in the pins causing speed fluctuations.

@@MototechWanderer tried cleaning the console connector area and thoroughly cleaned the wheel hub still same result. even while rotating the sensor by hand shows fluctuations. I highly doubt there might be any wiring issue that lies near connector of sensor below tank. Recently I've changed oscillator in the speedo console circuit because of the bad battery which made the console un usable. Will post the update once i check the wiring this weekend. Please let me know if you suspect any part that might be the culprit. Thanks

Foud the culprit, that female connector on the other side seems to be loose. Cleaned the connector and Re routed the wire as per the service manual and adjusted the slack and made sure it didn't disturb the cable while turning the handbar. Now its fine. Those who are getting fluctuations in speed with new sensor try this. Re route the sensor cable and make sure forks wont disturb the cable too much while turning. You should be fine

@@k-trailblazer The JCB operator had earphones on and was busy in his own world without realising the cars beneath. When I finally tapped on his door, he was shocked to which I explained the situation and he immediately obliged to the request. Alto did take some good bashing on this route as it was extremely rough. Somehow my 1.5 inch raised Alto did not scrape the oil sump or any engine component which helped me stay safe.
